In the distance contracts that form the basis of consumer purchases, the product subject to order has not been able to protect the consumer further by the consumer, such as trial, vision and examination, and the right to withdraw the consumer, which is the weak part of the contract, as well as the right of withdrawal, as well as the right of withdrawal of consumers. In this framework;
In relation to the rights and obligations of the contracts in relation to the rights and obligations of the contracts, the economic interests of the consumers caused by the lack of a reimbursement of the price, or the legally determined period of the economic interests of the consumers, the delivery of advantageous price during the campaign and discount periods, or not to be made legally determined by the consumer, the contract is not made by the consumer. In the contracts where the order was canceled unilaterally, the refund of the refund is not made within the legal period, the consumer loses the same product due to the cancellation of the order, and the protective legal arrangements against the grievances such as discounted purchases were made.
