Tatar’s Remarks Came After Kazakhsstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan Sent Envoys to Greek Cyprus and Endorsed Un Resolitions. The Eu Earlier Announced a 12 Billion Euros Investment Package for Central Asia in Return.
