President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met with Somali President Hasan Sheikh Mahmud.
Erdogan welcomed Mahmud at the entrance of the Presidential Complex.
President Erdoğan and Mahmud took photos in front of Turkish and Somalia flags on the stairs. In the welcome ceremony, the flags representing 16 Turkish states established in history were also included.
The welcome and the press was closed to the press.
After the meeting of Erdoğan and Mahmud at the Presidential Complex, the Presidency of the Presidency was made.

President Erdogan, Somalia will continue to increase the stable cooperation with the fight against terrorism, Türkiye is always with the people of Somalia against terrorism, he said.
President Erdoğan also emphasized the importance of cooperation in Türkiye and Somalia in the fields of economy, trade, security and defense.
