The National Vehicle Recognition System of 2025 was the fee of 2172 pounds until 30 April 2025. It was previously 2791.46 pounds. People who have installed the UTTS device in the vehicle will benefit from 619.45 pounds of support and advantages, while registration and the device will not be installed 619.45 pounds of bank transfer will be returned to the device.

In the statement made by the mint, the following statements were included: “In accordance with the year of transition to the National Vehicle Recognition System (UTTS), it was decided to provide the following support and advantages:
1) Limited to the period between 25 March 2025 – 30 April 2025, in terms of taxpayers who will complete the registration and payment transactions at utts.gov.tr
For the TTB fee (including assembly service fee and VAT), it was decided to apply the discounted fee of TL 2.172 instead of TL 2,791,45 determined for 2025.
2) In terms of taxpayers who purchased TTB in the period between 1 January 2025 – 25 March 2025, and assembled their vehicles
Taxpayers who have purchased TTB from the Mint at 2025 prices, made their payments and completed their assembly procedures, can make the necessary registration and application procedures through www.utts.gov.tr until April 30, 2025, and the application details will be used in 2025.

3) In terms of taxpayers who purchased TTB in the period between January 1, 2025 – 25 March 2025, but have not yet done the installation transactions
The taxpayers who have purchased TTB at 2025 prices but have not made assembly transactions and have not yet been invoiced, will be made by refunding of TL 619.45 as described in www.utts.gov.tr after the completion of TTB installation procedures.
