These people will not be able to make transactions
As a result of the arrangements to be made, banks and electronic payment organizations will confirm the chip identity document of individuals. It will not be able to open an account when not confirmed.
During the detection phase, individuals’ face image will be controlled from the ATM security camera. Unable to be detected, they will not be able to process on the devices. In addition, security camera records will be kept at least 2 years.
Mobile line limitation
With the regulations to be realized, the establishment of a telephone subscription to prevent crimes will be connected with strict rules with some authentication stages.
In line with the regulation, all phone subscription records will be updated and the lines whose subscription records are not updated will be closed to communication within the time to be determined.
Turkish citizens may be a maximum of 3 and 1 mobile communication line in foreigners. In addition, the phone lines that are found to be used for fraud crimes can be disconnected.
