Environment, Urbanism and Climate Change Ministry of Meteorology General Directorate of Meteorology Weather Estimation Specialist Abdullah Macit, AA correspondent, gave information about the weekly weather.
According to recent evaluations, the cool and rainy weather will continue throughout the country, indicating that Macit, rainfall will last up to Saturday, he said.
Macit, “Rainfall, tomorrow, east of Central Anatolia and north of Eastern Anatolia, Friday, the inner Aegean, Central Anatolia Region, the inner parts of the Black Sea and the north of Eastern Anatolia are expected to be seen in the form of mixed rain and snow.” he said.
Macit will continue to watch the temperatures under seasonal norms throughout the country, “We do not expect any increase at temperatures at the beginning of the next week, the western parts of the country will begin to warm up from Monday.” he said.
Stating that the strong wind will blow from the southern directions from tomorrow, Macit warned citizens living in Eastern Anatolia and Southeastern Anatolia against wind and dust transport.
Macit emphasized that snow is expected in the whole of the Central Anatolia Region on Friday, especially in the Central Anatolia Region and in the inner parts of the Western Black Sea.
Macit also pointed out that the disruptions in transportation may occur in places where snowfalls can be seen and that the Bolu Mountain Pass is expected to have heavy snow on Friday.
