The defendants who stabbed Mattia Ahmet Minguzzi, son of Italian chef Andrea Minguzzi in the Tuesday market in Kadıköy on 24 January, will appear before the judge on April 10.
The arrested suspects were prepared for UB (15) and BB (15) for an indictment with the request of imprisonment of 18 years to 24 years. The painful family was threatened by the suspects’ friends while waiting for the day of the hearing.
The Minguzzi family filed a criminal complaint on threat messages from social media.
In his petition to the prosecutor’s office, the family’s lawyer Rezan EPÖZDEMİR said, “They threaten clients through social media and want to prevent them from participating in the hearing by expressing that they will be damaged if they participate in the hearing.”
Threat messages in the file
The family added the threat messages of the killer’s friends to the criminal complaint file. In a threat, the suspects who showed guns tagged mother Yasemin Minguzzi. ‘L.Mstfql’ user “the last 6 days we will live hell to you” messages continued to threats.
