President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced the appointment of 25 thousand teachers announced.
The statement made by the Ministry of National Education is as follows:
As it is known, after the Presidential Cabinet Meeting held on April 15, 2025, the President of the President, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, was given the good news that a total of 25 thousand cadres, including 10 thousand for the appointment of teachers to our Ministry, were made.
In this context, the preliminary applications will be received for 15 thousand prospective teachers who will be employed in accordance with the 2024 KPSS score and three times the candidate of the field quota according to the score ranking will be invited to the oral exam. Afterwards, contracted teacher appointments shall be made according to the superiority of the score of the appointment that will be formed by obtaining 50 percent of KPSS and oral exam scores.
In this respect, within the scope of the recruitment of 15 thousand contracted teachers in 2025, the announcement, which will include quota distribution and other details regarding the application, will be announced on 18 April 2025 and the applications will be received between 21 April – 5 May 2025. As a result of the process, the candidates who are entitled to participate in the oral exam will be announced on May 7, 2025 at www.meb.gov.tr.
The details of the calendar regarding the 10 thousand appointments determined for the National Education Academy will be shared with the public after the announcement of the results of the Academy Entrance Exam.
In order to take part in the training of generations that will build our future, all studies in every stage of the appointment of our new teachers who will participate in our education family will be carried out meticulously within the framework of the legislation.
